Herbal Foraging Walks
Learning to forage for wild and edible plants is a lost skill. We are surrounded by the herbs, and medicines we need, if only we knew what to look for. We’ll teach you how to reclaim the art of foraging and help you to discover the many medicinal and culinary herbs that surround us. You’ll learn how to safely use your foraged herbs, including which part of the herb is used and its medicinal actions, benefits, and contraindications.
